On Friday Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, announced which 11 U.S. airports will begin using the controversial body scanning machines. After the attempted Christmas Day attack on a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit, some airports (Heathrow and Manchester) in the U.K. have started using them. West Hollywood Bans the Sale of Animals

The city of West Hollywood has often times been at the forefront of cultural change. Founded in the 1970’s as a response to the Los Angeles police department’s often homophobic behavior, it soon became a refuge for gay men and women.
